The International Baccalaureate® (IB) offers a continuum of international education through high-quality educational programmes to students aged 3 to 19. Every school authorized to offer IB programmes is known as an IB World School.
↓ How is TrackTest related to the International Baccalaureate curriculum and IB exams?
TrackTest online platform provides the curriculum-agnostic CEFR assessment of English language proficiency so it is not directly tied to the structure of the IB curriculum or IB exams.
However, using the TrackTest CEFR assessment platform can provide the IB high schools and colleges useful independent feedback about the English language proficiency of students, all aligned to the CEFR levels.
TrackTest unique annual licencing model enables IB schools to assess their students multiple times per year with no extra cost:
TrackTest platform provides the access to the English tests of all CEFR levels (A1-C2) in two versions:
a) Core test (45min, Grammar/Reading/Listening)- the most cost-effective option with the immediate results
b) Complete test ( Core test 45min + Speaking&Writing 2x10min)- complete evaluation of all four skills.
You can also choose the format of the test:
a) Standard (provided as is)- suitable for practice tests or tests provided in the controlled environment, e.g., in the class or the assessment centre, under the supervision of the teacher.
b) Verified (with the online proctoring/invigilation and identity verification)- best for high-stakes exams (e.g. admission) taken from home or outside the school.
School administrator can select the most suitable option in the school settings of the TrackTest organisational account.
