Looker Studio connector for reporting

Connect your organisation’s test results in Tracktest with Google Looker Studio using the Tracktest Company Results connector, and visualise your students’ results in automatically updated, interactive dashboards and reports.

How to connect the Looker Studio to your Tracktest organisational account:

You will need a Google account (Gmail or Google Apps) and a Tracktest organisational super-admin account with the API key.

1. If you do not have an API key yet, send the request for the reporting API key to our support via our support page or e-mail directly to: info@tracktest.eu
2. We send you the API key (token)
3. In the Google Looker Studio, search for our Tracktest Company Results connector in the Partner Connectors section and authorise it as a new data source using your unique reporting API key.
4. Create a new dashboard with your users’ Tracktest results or use one of our ready-made templates.

How to use your reporting data in the dashboards:

• Compare your students’ results (individual and for groups (classes, departments))
• See how they improve over time (progress)
• CEFR English level distribution in your organisation
• The success rate in your admission process.
• Skills and English grammar categories your test-takers need to improve.
