How to prepare for the English exam tasks:
Grammar and vocabulary preparation: Grammar (Use of English) is the first and typically the most difficult part of the test. If you want to know which grammar and vocabulary skills you need in order to pass the specific CEFR level (A1-C1), visit the minimum required CEFR level English grammar topics with examples.
Practice tests (mock tests) for English Core test exams (A2, B2): If you want to familiarise with the English test structure and tasks, download our practice test for A2 level or the practice test for B2 level. The English language mock test include the downloadable pdf, audio samples as well as the correct answers and the rating calculation.
How to pass the Speaking and Writing exam- tips from our raters The Speaking and Writing Exam is the optional assessment of the English productive skills. You can take it after the completion of the Core test and get the Complete English certificate, the all four-skills assessment. Alternatively, you can also use the “Learning by doing” method. The standard Core test licence provides the access to all levels as well as the option to re-take the Core test every 30 days for the period of 12 months (i.e. 72 tests for one user licence!). Only the optional features like Speaking&Writing and Proctoring are charged per exam. After the test, you (or your teacher) get the test report with the detailed scores for each section including the recommendations about the topics you should focus on.
Technical preparation (devices and test environment):

Verified English exam The TrackTest Verified English exam uses the same test structure and content as the standard test described above but it is provided in the proctored environment (with invigilation) and with the identity verification. You will need a front-facing camera or webcam for this version of the test:
